Warm flourless chocolate cake

150g soft chopped butter
150g Caster sugar
4 Eggs
180g Ground almonds
300g Melted Dark Chocolate
150g Mascarpone cheese
Grease a 22cm tin and sprinkle with some ground almonds to coat the tin. Beat the butter and sugar till light add eggs one at a time stir in remaining ground almonds, melted chocolate and mascarpone pour into tin and bake at 180 for 50mins let stand for 40 mins before turning out best to chill this cake - cut it and warm in the microwace gently - serve with double thick cream or ice cream
