Cookies and cream ice cream

COOKIES AND CREAM ICE CREAM 2 large eggs 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup milk 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 - 2 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies* *Place Oreo cookies in a Ziploc bag. Seal bag. Crush cookies using the heel of your hand. Whisk eggs until they are light and fluffy. Stir in sugar gradually and then whisk for 1 additional minute. Add milk, cream, and vanilla and stir until completely mixed. Pour this mixture into your ice cream maker. Mix about 15-20 minutes or according to manufacturer's instructions. Add crushed Oreo cookies. Fill a bowl with ice cream!
