Chocolate souffle

60g Butter

60g Flour

6 egg whites

90g Sugar

4 egg yolks

250ml Milk

1 Vanilla pod

90g Chocolate



butter and sugar dishes melt butter, add flour to make a roux add milk, vanilla pod, sugar and chocolate - bring to boil cool beat in yolks fold in whites fill moulds and bake for 20 mins @ 177 - 180 degrees


serve immediately
