Pecan Pie

Use a shortcrust or sweet crust base

Filling...

2/3rd cup sugar

1/3 cup melted butter

1 cup corn syrup

1/2 tsp salt

3 eggs

1 cup broken pecan pieces

Simply mix it all together and bake at 180C in the pre-baked crust till set - 10 mins - check and more if needed
