125g butter
125g Caster sugar
2 eggs
125g ground almonds
1 and 1/2 Tbsp plain flour
1 Tbsp Amaretto
Cream the butter and sugar together, then add eggs one at a time till well mixed in
Add Almonds, flour and the amaretto
Use in apricot almond tarts etc
