All you need are the ingredients!

Top tip: Fresh is best!

Brandy snaps

1/3 Cup Butter

1/3 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup Corn syrup

1 Tsp Brandy

3/4 Cup Plain flour


Cream the butter and sugar together, add the syrup and brandy then the flour.


Spread thinly on a tray and bake at 200C till golden all over


Remove from oven and bend into desired shape and cool
